Access ADR provides parties in complex business, employment, divorce, and community disputes with options for mediator selection, process design, and length of sessions. Unlike The Mediation Center of the Pacific’s (MCP) general mediation programs in which the mediator is assigned and the sessions are limited to three hours, through the Access ADR program, the parties may pick the mediator they believe will best meet their needs. Upon selection, the mediator and the parties then agree on the process design including what information should be submitted in advance of the session and reviewed by the mediator, as well as when the session will be conducted, and how long it will be.
