Since September 14, 2010, Mark E. Recktenwald has served as the Chief Justice of the Hawai`i Supreme Court. During that time, he has been an exceptional leader making Hawai`i a prominent State in increasing access to justice, bringing the courts to schools and rural communities, incorporating technology into the courts, and much more.
