Work Experience
Alisa Kharis has been a practicing family law attorney for over 16 years, and mediator for over 20 years.  She has a BA in Political Science and a JD in Law, along with several certifications in mediation, including a Master Mediator’s Certification. 
In addition, she has experience with many multi-cultural clients in both low and high conflict situations.  She also has advocacy experience for the elderly in the health care field as well as mediation experience for family estate matters.

40-hour mediation trainings every four years
1-year Master Mediator’s Training – IMA

Ms. Kharis also has experience as a Senior Tax Preparer and has access to other support professionals in her network at Blend Mediation, including divorce and financial coaches, financial advisers, legal document preparers, paralegals, attorneys, and therapists.
